Plug one of these USB devices into your laptop, and you are ready to share your content using the meeting room’s AV equipment. To ensure that your content is displayed on the right screen, every ClickShare Button is paired with a ClickShare Base Unit. The pairing process is quick and simple, so ClickShare Buttons can be transferred across meeting rooms without a problem. Multiple ClickShare Buttons can be paired with the ClickShare Base Unit, and depending on the Base Unit, one can share with up to eight people on-screen at the same time.

The Iconic Component

The possibility to use a USB-C Button or a regular Button makes ClickShare king of any meetings since it works with any laptop and offers a seamless user experience in any type of meeting room. Works with any USB-A port when using a USB-C to USB-A connector.

ClickShare Extension Pack

The ClickShare Extension Pack is a free download on our website. It is a collection of productivity tools that will enable you to get the most out of ClickShare. It contains the ClickShare launcher, a tool that will start the application for you when inserting the Button (for both Windows and MacOS), and an extended desktop driver, which allows you to use the Presentation mode in PowerPoint (for Windows only).

The ClickShare Extension Pack will not provide extended desktop support for MacOS. Here we recommend sharing via Airplay to the Base Unit. Click for more info.

ClickShare Tray & Two Button Pack

Package deal containing a ClickShare Tray and 2 Buttons. Collaborating is something you can’t do by yourself. You need at least two people, so it’s always a good idea to have multiple ClickShare Buttons in meeting rooms. That is why we have launched a special package deal including the new ClickShare Tray and two Buttons at a reduced price.

This offering will be especially valuable for the ClickShare sets coming with one or two Buttons since many ClickShare customers already order extra Buttons and a tray to fully equip their meeting rooms.

ClickShare Button Manager

The ClickShare Button Manager is a stand-alone software application to remotely pair your ClickShare Buttons for all your ClickShare Base Units. As such, you don’t need physical access anymore to the ClickShare Base Unit to pair or unpair one or more Buttons to a specific Base Unit. The Button Manager application is designed for facility managers or venue hosts that want to pair a number of buttons to a Base Unit in a particular meeting room without actually requiring physical access to the room.

Example use cases could be:
Hotels or conference centres that rent out meetings and want to safeguard the ClickShare Buttons at the reception desk.
Meeting rooms where the equipment is installed in a secure area (like a closed rack)

From your desk, you can pair up to 4 Buttons at once to any of your ClickShare Base Unit that is connected to your network. Additionally, while pairing, the Buttons’ firmware is matched automatically to the respective Base Unit firmware, as such avoiding any compatibility issues.
